DWD GeoServer WMS - Monitoring product of the GCOS Surface Monitoring Centre (GSNMC) - CLIMAT availability in 12 months

Description

This is the Web Map Server of DWD.:DWD and JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency) monitor the availability of monthly CLIMAT messages for the two measurement networks GSN (GCOS Surface Network) and RBCN (Regional Basic Climatological Network) on behalf of the WMO on the basis of monitoring products provided at www.gsnmc.dwd.de. This map shows the receipt of CLIMAT messages in the last 12 months per station in percent.
