Daily values of weather observations
Description
The data contains the calculated and measured daily values of the Finnish Meteorological Institute’s weather observation stations starting in 1959. The calculated values are the daily average air temperature and the daily intake of rain. The measured values are the minimum and maximum air temperature, the minimum ground temperature and the snow depth. The extreme air temperature values are measured at 06 and 18 UTC and the minimum ground temperature 06 UTC. These represent the extremes of the previous 12-hour period (18-06 and 06-18 UTC).
