Development of the number of recipients in Hamburg according to §§2, 3 AsylbLG
Description
Number of persons who have actually received ongoing benefits in Hamburg in one month in accordance with Sections 2 or 3 of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act. For the benefit recipients according to § 2 Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, at least one of the following ongoing benefits must have been paid pro rata or in total in the respective month:
Proportional daily rates, pro-rata rent, pro-rata heating costs, pro-rata ongoing ancillary costs, shares of collective accommodation, standard requirements pursuant to Section 2 of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, contributions to health insurance.
For the benefit recipients according to § 3 Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, at least one of the following ongoing benefits must have been paid pro rata or in total in the respective month:
Shares of collective accommodation, necessary personal needs of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, necessary needs of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, benefits in kind, benefits pursuant to Section 1(4)/Section 1a(1) of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act.
