Description
Moda was a joint project between Oulu and Jyväskylä carried out with funding from the Ministry of Finance from 26 February 2020 to 30 November 2021.
Moda comes from the words: The municipality’s modern digital customer service is developed together. Together, development took place at several levels: between the two cities, in inter-administrative work within both cities and together with the citizens of the city.
The project played a key role in the pilots that were implemented together, in which new operating models and solutions using digitalisation were tested. The experiences and results of the project were shared between the participating municipalities and also nationally.
