The Government of Canada developed this EU Government Procurement Guide to help Canadian companies bid successfully for contracts. It has been completed prior to the implementation of the
Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), a trade agreement between the European Union and Canada that is expected to increase the number of government-procurement opportunities for Canadian companies.
