Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Living spaces for young and old (original)” of the municipality of Owingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA); BP “living spaces for young and old”; All previous determinations in the scope of application shall cease to apply.
