Businesses that do not comply with the francization process
Description
In accordance with section 152 of the *Charter of the French Language*, the Office Québecois de la Langue Française publishes and maintains the list of businesses for which it has refused to issue a certificate or whose certification or certificate it has suspended or cancelled.
Under article 152.1 of the *Charter*, the Administration cannot conclude a contract with an enterprise or award a subsidy to it if its name is on the list of non-compliant enterprises provided for in article 152 of the *Charter*.
This data set is updated on a regular basis. Before using it, make sure you have the latest version.
