Solar potential Carinthia
Description
For the permanent settlement area Carinthia, the solar potential (kWh/m²/year) was calculated in 2012-2014. The basis is input data from laser scanning (1 m) for the determination of near and remote shadowing taking into account the global radiation of the measuring stations of the Central Institute for Meteorology and Geodynamics (ZAMG). By using this measurement point data, in particular, the basin climate of Klagenfurt a.W. with many high fog days is taken into account.
The result grids are available for buildings and the entire terrain.
