List of monuments Upper Austria
Description
Pursuant to Section 3(4) of the Federal Law of 25.9.1923, BGBl. No 533/23 (Denkmalschutzgesetz), as amended by BGBl. I No 92/2013, the Federal Monuments Office publishes the list of immovable monuments under monument protection. It is expressly stated that this list is not legally binding.
The list is sorted by federal state, within the federal states by municipalities, within the municipalities by address, respectively alphabetically or by catastral municipality numbers. The scope of the subprotection position is not given in the tabular overview.
The fact of underprotecting immovable monuments is shown in the land register. The corresponding documents can be found in the document collection of the land register.
Movable objects listed under monument protection are not included in this list.
Information on the individual objects can be obtained from the competent regional departments or from the headquarters of the Federal Monument Office.
The reference date relevant to the creation of the lists is listed in the header of the pdf file and applies analogously to the other formats. The update takes place on 1 January (not later than 30 June) of each calendar year. The list of monuments is a free work in accordance with Section 7(1) of the Copyright Act. It therefore does not enjoy copyright protection.
