Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortskern Nord — 6th Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan change allows for a better exploitation of the property. For the realisation of the construction project, the modification of the existing development plan is necessary.
