Currently valid Regional Planning Programme (RROP) of 2010 for the Altkreis Göttingen:
Regional planning draws up overarching, supra-local and summary plans and programmes and continues to write them. All spatial planning for the district is coordinated and the economic, environmental, social, cultural and other infrastructural requirements are taken into account.
The results of the regional planning are presented in the Regional Spatial Planning Programme (RROP). In particular, the RROP touches upon the municipal planning of construction management — at the preparatory level of the land use plan and at the binding level of the development plan.
