WFS - Special measuring network DOC
Description
In the surface waters of Europe and North America, an increasing concentration of dissolved organic carbon has been observed since the 1990s. This trend can also be seen in Saxon catchment areas. In order to observe the development and to build up a reliable understanding of the process, long-term data series are necessary. For this purpose, measuring points were set up in the soil, in the running waters and in the groundwater. These measuring points are provided by the WFS service.
