External area (Environmental Regulation)
Description
This stock contains the outer area as laid down in the Environmental Ordinance of the Province of Groningen. In this Environmental Regulation we have included rules for this. By the outside area we mean those areas that are located outside urban areas and have a predominantly agricultural, nature and recreational function. Because the layout of the outside area must be both vital and sustainable, economical use of space is also an important starting point.
