The project-related development plan Winterhude 45 for the area of application between Barmbeker Stichkanal and Bahn (district Hamburg-Nord, district 409) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Hellbrookstraße - Barmbeker Stichkanal, via parcel 3402, via parcel 3399, northern boundary of parcel 3426, via parcel 3479 (railway facilities), via parcel 3356 (railway facilities), via parcel 3479 (railway facilities) of the Winterhude district.
