Description
On the level of the forecast rooms, the number of conversions per 1,000 apartments in the period 2012-2017 is shown.
From 2012 to 2017, 3.9% of the housing stock in Berlin (2012) was converted from rented apartments into condominiums under the Housing Property Act. At the level of the forecast rooms, the conversion rate per 1,000 apartments is shown. The highest conversion rates were recorded in the forecast areas Friedrichshain-West (113.8 per thousand apartments), Nördlicher Prenzlauer Berg (114.4), Kreuzberg-Süd (117.7) and Friedrichshain-Ost (133.9 per thousand apartments).
