DATASET Industrial land plots in the Balearic Islands
Description
Information on the cadastral plots of urbanized areas with a predominant industrial use.
The reference plot is the cadastral plot of the year 2019 of the DG of Cadastre (http://www.catastro.meh.es/) of urbanized areas that include land for predominantly industrial use according to the MUIB (with some exceptions). The plots have been visited during 2020 to collect, above all, the attributes of whether they were occupied or not and built or not.
- Built: plot on which there are one or several buildings.
- Unbuilt: plot on which there are no buildings.
