Articles of Association according to §§ 34, 35 BauGB (WMS Service)
Description
Reproduction of the scope of application of all legally binding statutes under proceedings pursuant to § 34 and § 35 of the Building Code (BauGB) with information on the status of proceedings in the urban area of the state capital Dresden. With urban planning statutes according to § 34 and § 35 BauGB, in addition to development plans, the unplanned indoor area can be delimited from the outdoor area in a binding manner and thus the planning law admissibility of projects can be controlled.
