Description
Testing Vendor Payments 2008-2024 (simulating the state of the dataset as it would have been in June, 2024). There are 22,581 2024 Records.
The simulation is for when the non-budgeted agencies (NBAs) are still providing 2024 data but DBM has the first set of 2025 data. The July update is technically 2025 so DBM is doing it correctly but the NBAs are always a month behind.
Steps then are to include the DBM data in full (first round of 2025), and filter 2024 but ONLY for the NBAs (we DO NOT want to filter out the 2024 records for the DBM provided data).
