Records of persons liable to pay the tourist tax in the municipality of Sevnica
Description
Pursuant to Article 22 of the Tourism Promotion Act, for the purpose of charging a tourist tax for overnight stays in holiday houses or holiday apartments, the municipality must keep a register of the persons liable for payment of this tax, which includes information on the personal name, the permanent address of residence, the registration and tax numbers of the person liable and information on the residential area of the holiday home or apartment.
