Register of liable persons under the Access to Public Information Act (ZDIJZ) from the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Novo mesto
Description
The register shall contain the name of the entity — the person liable and its registered office, the registration and tax number and the status of the entity.
The purpose of the records is to provide information on persons liable for public information, i.e. those entities that are required to act in accordance with that law.
By clicking on each individual entity that is liable under the ZDIJZ, the user obtains basic information about the debtor, the legal bases on which the debtor is entered in the register and the deleted legal bases, the shares of legal persons governed by public law in the capital of the debtor, its representatives and the members of the supervisory body of the debtor.
