Description
The records contain information on overdue, unpaid claims (fines, court fees, costs of proceedings, confiscated proceeds and penalties for violation of procedure) arising from misdemeanour cases, which are in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Rules on the form and content of registers and auxiliary books at minor offence bodies (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 33/11, as amended).
