Records of video surveillance of entrances to the business premises of the Municipality of Novo mesto
Description
The records contain data on video surveillance of the entrances to business premises at the locations of the Municipality of Novo mesto, Seidlova cesta 1, 8000 Novo mesto and Glavni trg 7, 8000 Novo mesto.
The register shall contain the following information:
— Camera list (camera type, field of recording),
— Record of discontinuation of recording (start, end, reason for interruption, responsible person),
— Record of the use of videos (start and end of the review, reviewed or copied videos, reason, creation of a copy, responsible person),
— Record of the transmission of videos (data and duration, recipient, legal basis, responsible person)
— Video deletion record (date and time of deletion, date and time of destruction, which videos have been deleted/destroyed, reason, commission, responsible person).
