Security check record of foreign nationals
Description
Only persons and foreign citizens who fulfil the general conditions laid down by law and the general acts of the employer and for whom there are no safety concerns may work in a controlled facility or space, physically controlled facility or area and vital nuclear facility or area. Security concerns shall be identified by means of a security check.
Security checks on foreign nationals shall be carried out by the Ministry of the Interior prior to commencing work in the area, facility or space referred to in the preceding paragraph or in the transport of nuclear materials, and thereafter every five years, as long as it carries out work in that facility or during transport.
