Register of waste dealers holding a certificate of entry in the register of waste dealers
Description
The register collects traders who carry out the activity of trading non-hazardous waste. Non-hazardous waste can only be purchased from the original waste producer or waste collector and can only be sold to the operator of the treatment. Registration is subject to registration of the activities of the wholesale trade in scrap and waste.
