Record of social security institutions where protected departments are organised
Description
The ministry responsible for institutional protection shall establish, maintain and manage a register of social protection institutions with which protected departments are organised. The register shall contain the following data on social protection institutions:
1. name and address,
2. the types of protected departments organised within it;
3. the date and number of the decision on verification of individual types of protected departments organised by it,
4. the total number of available places in protected compartments and the number of available places for each type of protected compartment,
5. the total number of occupied posts in protected departments and the number of occupied posts for each type of protected department,
6. the total number of waiting for reception and waiting for each type of secure compartment managed on the basis of anonymised waiting identification data,
7. the total number of vacancies and the number of vacancies for each type of protected department for all social protection institutions.
