Register of misdemeanour cases
Description
The register of misdemeanour cases (SAP POR Record) includes:
— a record of final misdemeanour decisions containing the details of the offender; the legal definition of the offence; the number and date of the misdemeanour decision issued and the sanction imposed;
— register for cases in which an order for payment is issued (PN register);
— register for cases in which a misdemeanour order is issued (ODL register);
— register for cases in which an accusation petition is filed (OBP register);
— a record of proposals to other misdemeanour authorities;
— list of misdemeanors (in misdemeanour proceedings).
Categories of data subjects in the databases: offenders, defendants and perpetrators of misdemeanour under ZP-1 and other participants in misdemeanour proceedings (interpreter, expert, witness, applicant for legal redress, etc.).
Purpose of the processing of personal data: registering the cases they are dealing with; efficient conduct and transparency of the procedures; statistical reporting.
