Report of accidents at work
Description
The employer must immediately report to the labour inspection any accident at work with a fatal outcome or an accident at work that makes the worker incapacitated for work for more than three working days, and any collective accident. The records contain data in the accident of the worker involved (name and surname, sex, nationality, EMŠO or date of birth, employment status, type of employment, working time, occupation, activity at the time of the accident, how many hours worked that day before the accident, type of injury, material accident agent, form and method of injury, damaged part of the body, provision of first aid), information on the employer (title, address, registration number, activity code, registration number and number of workers), data on the accident (total number of workers involved in the accident, date of registration and date of accident, time of accident, where the accident occurred, place of the accident, working environment, work process, cause and brief description of the accident), data on the applicant (name and surname and telephone, workplace, first and last name of the person responsible for the employer). The Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia, as the record manager, processes data from the registers of reports for monitoring and analysing the causes of fatal accidents, accidents that make the worker unable to work for more than three working days, and collective accidents, for the purpose of planning accident and disease prevention policies and for statistical purposes.
