Register of final decisions on offences — Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia
Description
The Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia, as a minor offence body, in order to ensure the enforcement of the legal consequences of decisions on minor offences, to identify previously imposed sanctions for offences and to issue certificates of data contained in this record, shall keep records of final decisions on minor offences.
Those records shall include, in particular:
— Details of the offender (personal name and EMŠO and address of permanent or temporary residence for a natural person or business name and registered office and unique registration number for the legal person or, if the offender is a foreigner, his birth details instead of the EMŠO);
— The legal characterisation of the offence;
— The number and date of the decision on the offence and the sanction imposed.
As of 29.12.2016, the register has no registrations because the authority has not initiated and conducted any proceedings as a minor offence body
