Record of company and copyright contracts concluded for the purposes of the operation of council groups of the Municipality of Novo mesto
Description
The contracts are entered into the Cadis system as an annex to the request for payment of funds for the operation of the council group (e.g. expert or administrative assistance to the council group). The purposes of spending, with the budget of the financial resources of the council group, are laid down in Article 7 of the Rules on the resources for the work of council groups and independent councillors of the Municipality of Novo mesto (UPB1), DUL, No 10/2018, which also provides that payments are made on the basis of a request from the councillor’s group and on the basis of an authentic document, which in this case is a copyright/business contract.
The contract contains personal data: first and last name, address, tax number, TRR and bank and the amount of the payment.
