Records of persons granted international protection
Description
The Ministry responsible for internal affairs for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the International Protection Act collects
and processes certain basic personal data of persons with international protection in the Republic of Slovenia already acquired at the stage when the person was treated as an applicant for international protection, and data relating to the registration of the address of permanent and temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, education and occupation, type of biometric residence permit, issued passport for a refugee or foreigner in the case of a person with subsidiary protection, to family members residing in the Republic of Slovenia, health status, if the refugee or person with subsidiary protection consents, education and education in the Republic of Slovenia, as well as employment, income
and other benefits and assets. In addition to the information provided, this record includes all
related documentary and other material containing data collected for the purpose of carrying out the tasks referred to in this
the law during the period of integration of the person with international protection into Slovenian society, namely:
information on social security coverage and cash assistance received, information on
affiliation to the health insurance scheme, data and reports on employment, income and
other benefits and assets, information on the payment of cash compensation for accommodation at
private address, data and reports on attendance of the Slovenian language course and practice
tests, data and reports on attending a course of learning about Slovenian society,
psycho-social reports related to accommodation in the integration house, information on integration into the system
education and education in the Republic of Slovenia, establishment of legal
representatives and guardians for unaccompanied minors with international protection handed down
measures concerning breaches of the house order of the integration house, health reports, if
the refugee or subsidiary protection person consents to this in writing.
