Register of organisations in the public interest in the youth sector
Description
The register of organisations in the public interest in the youth sector is an official record with basic data on organisations operating in the youth sector that have been granted the status of acting in the public interest by an administrative decision, which contains data on: the name and registered office and tax number of the organisation, the date and number of the decision granting the status and the date of its finality, as well as the possible status of a national youth organisation and the date and number of any prior consent that the URSM, as a body within the ministry responsible for education and sport, manages on the basis of Article 11 of the Public Interest in the Youth Sector Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 42/10 and 21/18) and the Rules on the Implementation of the Public Interest in the Youth Sector Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 47/11), taking into account the law governing associations or non-governmental organisations.
