Record of the existence of reciprocity by country

Description

On the basis of Article 68 of the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia, foreigners may acquire ownership rights in real estate in the Republic of Slovenia under the conditions laid down by a law or an international treaty ratified by the National Assembly.
