Register of non-governmental organisations in the public interest in the field of education
Description
The Ministry of Education hereby grants or withdraws the status of non-governmental organisation acting in the public interest in the field of education in accordance with the Non-Governmental Organisations Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 21/18) and the Rules laying down the criteria for demonstrating the major achievements of non-governmental organisations for granting the status of non-governmental organisation in the public interest in the fields of education, science, research and sport (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 32/19).
The register of non-governmental organisations in the public interest in the field of education is part of the register of non-governmental organisations in the public interest (ENO), which is kept in electronic form by the competent organisation for public law records and services (AJPES). The register is kept on the basis of data from the ministries responsible for granting and withdrawing the status of non-governmental organisation in the public interest and is intended for the entry and public publication of legally important data on non-governmental organisations in the public interest.
