The record of official persons in respect of whom the Commission determines the existence of a conflict of interest pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 38 and the second paragraph of Article 39 of the ZIntPK refers to the official persons referred to in Article 4 of the ZIntPK (office officers, civil servants and other civil servants, managers and members of management, management and control bodies in public sector entities). Types of personal data in the personal data collection: the personal name of the official; function or position; address of permanent residence; content of the Commission’s decision.
