Records of persons deployed to international civilian missions and international organisations
Description
The establishment of a list of all persons deployed by the national authorities of the Republic of Slovenia to international civilian missions and international organisations.
In accordance with Article 37 of the Act on the Posting of Persons to International Civilian Missions and International Organisations (UNOMCMO), a special record of seconded experts from all state bodies of the Republic of Slovenia is kept, indicating the following information: name and surname; the seconding parent employer; the international organisation and its organisational unit to which the expert is seconded; the exact name of the second place and an indication of the duration of the posting. The data referred to in the second paragraph of Article 37 of the Act are mostly kept separately, where the documentation received by each candidate (CV, individual proof of language proficiency, etc.) is stored. Data for salary calculation are not kept centrally at the MFA, since after final selection by an international organisation, each candidate enters into a contract of employment directly with his/her parent employer. The MFA has data on the calculation of salary only for its employees, as selected secondary experts from other state bodies conclude the above-mentioned contract directly with the human resources service of their parent employer.
