Records of compensation and servitude in the public interest
Description
The Ministry of the Interior and the territorially competent administrative units are responsible for deciding on the compensation
and the establishment of servitude in the public interest if, in order to carry out tasks along the state border, the use of land that makes it difficult to use the land on a regular basis is necessary.
The register shall contain the following information:
— the parcel number and cadastral municipality of the land on which the technical and other means referred to in the first paragraph of Article 8 of this Act are placed, installed or stored;
— the credit rating of the land and the type of actual use;
— the personal name of the owner of the land, EMŠO, date of death, address of permanent and temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, residence abroad, address for service and personal account number or name of guardian for special cases;
— the personal name of the person using the land on the basis of another right in rem entered in the land register or on the basis of a lease or lease agreement, EMŠO, address of permanent and temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, residence abroad, address for service, personal account number and information on the type and duration of the right in rem or the duration of the lease or lease right;
— the name and registered office of the name, the registration number of the name and the business account number if the beneficiary of the compensation or the owner of the land is a legal person;
— the extent of the encroachment on the land (type, length or area and period of technical or other means used and the exact location of the intervention);
— the number and date of the first and second instance compensation decision and the authority which issued the decision;
— the number and date of the decision of the Administrative and Supreme Court on compensation;
— the number and date of conclusion of the contract for the establishment of service in the public interest;
— the number and date of the decision establishing the service in the public interest of the first and second instance and the authority which issued the decision;
— the number and date of the decision of the Administrative and Supreme Court to establish servitude in the public interest;
— the date and amount of payment of the allowance;
— the number and date of the decision of the court determining the amount of compensation for the establishment of service in the public interest;
— date and amount of compensation for establishment of service in the public interest
