Records of forest operators who, at the time of the inspection, met or did not meet the prescribed conditions
Description
The records of contractors in forests include those who carry out work in forests (harvesting with a chainsaw, tractor harvesting, cultivation, cableway harvesting, mechanical logging) and have been checked for compliance with the prescribed conditions for carrying out these works by the forestry inspection. Since the records are linked to the Business Register of Slovenia, which is kept by AJPES, it only contains taxpayers that are contained in the national register of legal entities. The register is divided into liable persons who, at the time of the inspection, met the prescribed conditions for carrying out works in forests and those who did not meet these conditions and who were prohibited from carrying out individual works in forests or also prohibited from carrying out activities. The legal basis for the publication of the register is Article 33 ZIN.
