Record of issued certificates of national professional qualification obtained
Description
The record includes data on persons who have obtained a national professional qualification in accordance with the National Professional Qualifications Act. The records shall include the following information: personal data of the recipient of the certificate, the number and date of issue of the certificate and details of the professional qualification obtained.
The records are kept by practitioners of procedures for the identification and validation of national professional qualifications entered in the register of performers at the National Examination Centre.
