Records of the holders of the service card of the supervisor
Description
The Ministry of the Interior is responsible for granting and withdrawing the service card of the ski slope supervisor. The register shall contain the following information: name, photograph of the person, birth details of the person (day, month, year, place of birth) and EMŠO, permanent and temporary residence, nationality, identity card number, date of grant, validity, withdrawal and status of the service card, date of completion of the aptitude test, date of participation in the periodical training, date of recognition of professional qualification and date of fulfilment of the conditions for occasional pursuit of the profession referred to in Article 30 of the Skies Safety Act.
