Register of economic operators with ancillary penalties of exclusion from public procurement procedures
Description
The Ministry responsible for public procurement keeps a register of economic operators with secondary sanctions of exclusion from public procurement procedures under the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3), the Public Procurement Act in the field of defence and security (ZJNPOV) and the Prevention of Undeclared Work and Employment Act (ZPDZC-1), and publishes it on its website.
The record shall include the full name and registration number of the economic operator, the date of entry of the economic operator in the register and the date by which the economic operator is excluded from procurement procedures.
The Ministry shall register the economic operator within three working days of receipt of the notification. An appeal against inclusion in the register of economic operators with negative references shall not be admissible.
The Ministry shall delete the economic operator from the register within three working days of the date by which the economic operator is excluded from the procurement procedures.
