As part of a better dialogue between European mollusc scientists and producers, the bodies responsible for producing or transferring knowledge on shellfish farming are listed, documented and geolocated. These may include research organisations, monitoring networks, technical centres, consultancy firms or experts, vocational training or education structures. The associated database includes information on contact persons, the link to the website WEB, data on the method of financing, its influence, the size and address of the structure.
