Study tourist accommodation in Lultzhausen
Description
A feasibility study for a sustainable tourism accommodation project in Lultzhausen was carried out by the Directorate-General for Tourism in May 2023. Located in a sanitary protection zone of the dam of Esch-sur-Sûre, the tourist accommodation project in question aims to highlight the natural character of the site. In order to know the architectural potential of the land, to decide on the feasibility of such a project and to assess its viability, a feasibility study identified the offer of merchant accommodation in the region, produced a sketch summarising the possible volume of construction, analysed environmental constraints and proposed several innovative tourist accommodation concepts.
