Description
The NCSE-02 standard establishes a standard elastic response spectrum corresponding to a simple linear oscillator with a reference damping of 5% with respect to the critical, which depends on the period of the oscillator (T), the contribution coefficient (K), the ground coefficient (C) and the characteristic periods of the response spectrum (Ta and Tb) that take the following values: Ta=k·C/10, Tb=k·C/2,5.
