Elastic response spectrum

Description

NCSE-02 establishes a standard elastic response spectrum corresponding to a simple linear oscillator with a reference damping of 5 % from the critical, which depends on the oscillator’s own period (T), contribution coefficient (K), terrain coefficient (C) and characteristic response spectrum periods (Ta and Tb) taking the following values: TA=k·C/10, Tb=k·C/2.5.
