Basic seismic acceleration
Description
The basic seismic acceleration, ab, is a characteristic value of the horizontal acceleration of the land surface, attributed to each municipality.
Listed in Annex 1 to NCSE-02 (shock resistant construction standard: general part and building) the values of the basic seismic acceleration equal to or greater than 0,04g can be consulted, together with those of the contribution coefficient, K, detailed by municipalities.
