Expansion of Bohunice interim storage facility
Description
At the Jaslovské Bohunice site in the Slovak Republic, Jadrová a vyraďovacia spoločnosť, a.s. (JAVYS) operates an interim spent fuel storage facility. This interim storage facility was put into operation in 1987. This is a wet storage facility. Since a conversion, it has been designed for the storage of a maximum of 14,112 spent fuel elements.
