This geospatial dataset contains USGS National Land Cover Database (NLCD) extracts for usage with the EPA HSRP Storage-Staging-Siting Tool. The dataset is distributed by state for the conterminous United States buffered by 10 miles to provide overlap for intrastate analysis.
