Level 1b brightness temperature - TROPICS
Description
TROPICS level 1b brightness temperature data, in BUFR and netCDF format.
The TROPICS mission comprises a constellation of 5 satellites, one (Pathfinder) in a sun-synchronous polar orbit and the other four satellites in inclined orbits. Two satellites of the original 7-satellite constellation (TROPICS-02 and -04) were lost at launch. Each satellite has an identical microwave spectrometer performing cross track scanning.
Initial dissemination will be with data from TROPICS-03 and TROPICS-06. Data from the remainder 3 satellites will be made available at a later stage.
