Description
Approved Public Participation Plans (also known as Environmental Justice Plan or “EJ Plan”), Public Participation Reports, and Community Environmental Benefits Agreements (“CEBA”) by applicants who are proposing to submit certain applications for or regarding an Affecting Facility in an Environmental Justice Community as defined under CGS § 22a-20a.
