Environmental DNA and fish capture data from Round Goby surveys on the Champlain Canal (ver. 17.0, December 2025)
Description
The dataset is composed of five tables containing environmental DNA (eDNA) data, fish capture data, viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV) test results, and site location information from Round Goby (Neogobius melanostomus) surveys conducted on parts of the Champlain Canal and upper Hudson River, and adjacent areas, in New York during 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
